OVERVIEW Discery operates this website. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Discery. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. Our products (DVDs, Blu-rays, and 4K discs) are intended for personal use and must not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS AND PRICING We specialize in physical media, including sitcom DVD box sets and other movie collections.

• All prices are in US Dollars (USD).

• We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region, specifically the United States.

• We do not warrant that the quality of any products purchased will meet your expectations; however, we strive for maximum accuracy in our descriptions.

SECTION 3 - BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you by contacting the email or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Our shipping model is hybrid:

• Items in stock are shipped from our warehouse in Oregon, USA.
  

• Standard handling time is 1-3 business days. Estimated transit time is 2-4 business days within the USA. Total estimated delivery time within the United States is 3–7 business days, including processing and transit time.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

SECTION 5 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS Your purchase is subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition within 30 days. A 20% restocking fee applies to eligible returns as stated on our Returns page.

SECTION 6 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY In no case shall Discery, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the products procured using the service.

SECTION 7 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements by which we provide you with Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Kentucky.
