We want you to enjoy your purchase! If you experience any issues with your order, we’re here to help.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The following reasons qualify for a full refund or replacement, with return shipping covered by us:

  • Item damaged upon arrival

  • Incorrect item received

  • Defective disc or manufacturing error

  • Item not as described


Returns requested by the customer (change of mind)

Returns may also be accepted for reasons such as:

  • Duplicate purchase

  • Changed mind

  • Ordered by mistake

These returns are accepted at our discretion and must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed condition

  • All original packaging must be intact


RESTOCKING FEE

For customer-requested returns that are not due to an error or defect, a restocking fee of 20% of the item price applies.

This fee helps cover handling, inspection, and processing costs.


RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • If the return is due to our error or a defective item, Discery will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is requested for personal reasons or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If a prepaid return label is provided, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to the nature of physical media:

  • Opened items are non-returnable unless defective

  • Items showing signs of use or tampering are not eligible for return


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds may be issued as:

    • A replacement (when available), or

    • A refund minus applicable restocking fees and return shipping costs

Please allow 3–5 business days after inspection for the refund to be processed.

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the reason for the return

  • Photos or video, if applicable (for damaged or defective items)

We aim to respond to all return requests within 1 business day.

Discery reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
